Working Principle:
The roller crusher will crush the crushed material through the
feeding mouth into the two rollers, After being squeezed and
crushed, the finished material falls naturally. When there are too
hard or can not be broken, the roller in hydraulic cylinder or
spring under the role of automatic retreat, so that the gap between
the roller increased, too hard or not broken objects fall, thus
protecting the machine from damage. The two rollers rotating in the
opposite direction have clearance, change the clearance, control
the product big discharge granularity. Double roller crusher's the
materials by relying on the two round rollers rotating at the
opposite direction, and four-roll crusher crushes the materials by
relying on the two pairs of round rollers rotating at the opposite
direction.
Application
This machine is mainly suitable for the crushing of various solid
brittle materials with compressive strength not greater than 250Mpa
and feed size not greater than 5mm. It is widely used in many
special industries.
