We specialize in researching, developing, manufacturing and selling a wide range of highly competitive fiber optic products and accessories for telecommunication, broadcast, CATV and network worldwide.
Now, UT-King has more than 200 employees. Our main products are PLC splitters, Fast connectors, Patch cords, MPO/MTP products, adaptors, WDM system, Fiber cables, and Fiber managements. With the development of the business, UT-King has expanded its business to fiber active products in the year 2015. We have our own R&D team for EPON/GPON system. With their excellent technical strength, now we have full range of EPON/GPON/XPON OLT and ONU. What’s more, we also have big advantages on SFP modules, such as 10G SFP+, 40G QSFP28 and 100G CFP and 100G QSFP28.

About quality management: We have strict quality control process. We divide our quality control into four inspection stages - IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC. Sampling rate and frequency are set forth by the Acceptable Quality Level signed by our client. Each product type has a different quality control stdnard to ensure they meet strict requirements. Our QC Team is composted of educated professional that have years of experience in the QC field. Our quality control goal is: no defact produced, no defact shipped.
We have 7 steps to develop our quality control process:
Incomming Quality Control - IQC
All incoming raw material are checked before used. Varies measurements are taken to check against approved data. Once rejected, raw material are sent back for further examination.In Process Quality Control - IPQC
We perform inspections during the maufacturing process. Frequency of inspection depends on the quality standard set forth by the project. All manufacture datas are recorded for future reference.Final Quality Control - FQC
All finished goods are inspected acording to our quality standard for each project. Products are sampled according to the AQL sampling rate before it leave leave our production plant into the warehouse.Outgoing Quality Control - OQC
Our QC team will ramdomly check any finished goods in the warehouse before it goes out for shipment. This last inspection ensure zero defact goods are shipped to our customer.Proper Quarantine Procedure
Rejected material are specially marked and move to a quarantine area pending final disposal. Once a product is deem rejected by the QC team, the material is hold until further inspection. Our QC team have right to stop a shipment if product doesn’t meet standard.Complete Complaint Procedure
All complaints are traceable through our QC system for up to 1 year. Each complaint is follow up with further corrective action by manufacture. Complaints trends are further analysis monthly for further action.Acceptable Quality Level
We use a strict Acceptable Quality Level measurment for all our product. AQL is a statistical measurement of the maximum number of defective goods considered acceptable in a particular sample size. If the AQL is not reached for a particular smapling of goods, we will review various parameters in the production process to determine the areas causing the defects. Please see below our AQL standard.UT-King has established complete quality, environment and occupational health and safety assurance system to design, produce and supply its range of all Series FTTH products. The whole products service procedure is governed by a cerfified management system conforming to ISO9001-2015.Services: Shenzhen UT-King Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen China in 2010, UT-King's core R&D team consists of more than 10 optical and electromechanical doctors and masters led by three experts of the “Thousand Talents Program”.Under the leadership of the three experts of national “Thousand Talents Program”, UT-King’s R&D team has successively completed the R&D and mass production of 10W-100W pulse laser and 100W-1,000W continuous fiber laser series product and undertaken the Special National Key Projects, the National 863 Program and The National Sci-tech Support Program. By March 2016, the company totally had 130 patents approved or under approval, including 60 authorized patents. The Chinese fiber laser industry standard developed under the leadership of the company has been officially implemented since June 2016. UT-King has also undertaken the researches of the Nnational Science and Technology Support Program, the Special National Key S&T Projects, the National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program) and some other national projects, with five achievements passing the experts appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province and two achievements winning the first prizes of Guangdong Province Scientific and Technological Progress.Our company was selected by the State Council as one of the “Key Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurial Team” in 2015. It was selected as one of the “key hi-tech enterprises of the National Torch Program” in 2016.
