 Application scope:

This Bearing Mounting Press is mainly used to automatically mount the bearings onto the axle journals for metro wheelsets.

It's applicable for the wheelset with gearbox, and also the wheelset with axle box bearing.

Machine features of the Bearing Installer:

• The bearing mounting press mainly consists of overall gantry frame, two ram cylinders, lifting device, guide device, locking device, measuring device, bearing positioning device, hydraulic system, measurement and electric control system.

• Online pass-through arrangement.
• Double ram cylinders for the mounting operation. 
• Special patented upsetting centre devices for positioning. 
• With automatic and manual modes for the operation.
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control the operation.
• With curve recording system.
• It's provided with emergency stop button on the control panel.

• The warranty lasts for 1 (one) year from the date of the Site Acceptance Test of the Equipment.
• During the warranty, the Manufacturer shall be responsible for the damage due to the defects in design and manufacture.
• After the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts with reasonable prices.
