Application scope:

This Rolling Bearing Mounting Press is mainly used to automatically mount the bearings (without axle box) onto the axle journals for the wagon wheelsets. It's applicable for the bearing mounting of the wagons with 60t and 70t axle load.

Machine features of the Wagon Bearing Mount Press:

• The bearing mounting press mainly consists of overall gantry frame, two ram cylinders, lifting device, guide device, locking device, measuring device, bearing positioning device, hydraulic system, measurement and electric control system, and so on.
• Overall gantry frame structure design. Online pass-through arrangement.
• Double ram cylinders for the mounting operation. 
• Only a single positioning to complete the mounitng of both bearings. Special patented upsetting centre devices for positioning.
• With automatic and manual modes for the operation.
• Automatic mounting both bearings simultaneously.
• Automatic mounting separately of single side bearing.
• Only one operator required complete the whole operation.
• For different types of bearing, only need to replace the tooling for the mounting.
• Hydraulic positioning and locking the wheelset.
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial PC to control the operation.
• With curve recording system.
• It's provided with emergency stop button the control panel.

Warranty & After-sale Service:

The warranty lasts for 1 (one) year from the date of the Site Acceptance Test of the Equipment.

During the warranty, the Manufacturer shall be responsible for the damage due to the defects in design and manufacture.

After the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts with reasonable prices.
