This construction mesh welding machine can weld wire mesh panel.The mesh is widely used in buildings,highway,railway and road pavement.

It is equipped with automatic mesh cutting machine.When the panel reaches the length pre set,the mesh cutting machine will cut off the panel automatically.

2. The machine uses Janpan Mistubishi PLC touch screen control technique, we use Japan, Sony digital control system which can be input to touch screen control panel to adjust the mesh size, so it can weld different mesh size between the weft wires

3. Water-cooling transformer and water-cooling lower electrodes to make sure the welding firm during a long working time, and prolong the service life.

1. The warp wire feeding is wire coils.After being straighten by the straightening device which is one of the machine accessary,the warp wire becoms more straight.

2. The weft wire is pre straighten.Put a bunch of weft wire into the hopper, and it will drop automatically. When the material is about to be short, the weft wire is put into the hopper manually.

3. The wire hopper is controlled by stepper motor,and the blanking is accurate and fast.

4. The Mesh pulling car is controlled by cylinders.It can run fast.

5. The mesh panel cutter is electric and controlled by the control system of the machine. Automatic cut off,and the mesh panel is falling automatically.

1.Warp wire straightening device: The warp wire straightening device is driven by motor and V-belt. It has great power and runs coordinately.

2.Mesh Panel Cutting Machine: The automatic mesh panel cutting machine is designed and produced by our engineers. The blade is made of chrome silicon material, which is wear-resistant. There is no need to change the blade within five or six years.
