Q1: After installing the cover, one side is securely fastened, but the other side is warped and won't close properly. Is this due to an incorrect part design?

A1: This cover uses a snap-fit+ hinge structure. Warping is mostly due to wear and dents on the hinge post of an older machine, not a dimensional error. During installation, first align the metal hinge and insert it fully, then press the three snaps in stages to achieve a secure fit.

Q2: Can the metal hinge of this cover be removed and reused on an old casing?

A2: The hinge and cover cannot be disassembled. Forcibly pulling them apart can easily crack the plastic base, making non-destructive disassembly impossible. If the hinge of the old cover is intact but the casing is damaged, replace the entire cover first.

Q3: The paint on the EDAN logo on the cover is easily dissolved by disinfectant alcohol. How should it be maintained daily?

A3: The printed logo is a standard printing process and cannot be directly soaked in alcohol. Simply wipe it quickly with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol. If the logo has already fallen off, it does not affect use, and the cover can be replaced to restore the overall appearance of the machine.
