Mainboard

The motherboard contains the CPU, which includes the graPHiliphhilipics processing unit and USB controller. Main memory, system FPGA, system controller including watchdog, and various power supplies are located on this board. In addition, the board contains the MSL interface, recorder interface, ECG Out hardware and various other interfaces.

System information is stored in serial EEPROM to support automatic configuration of the operating system at boot time.
