Q1: Why does the 11cm paper keep jamming on one side?

A1: The side of this folded paper with the red grid is the paper output front. When loading the paper, the red grid should face the paper output outlet. If loaded incorrectly, the paper edge will rub against the inner wall of the cover, causing one-sided jamming.

Q2: The fold line of the folded paper passes right through the print head. Will it print blanks?

A2: The factory folding position avoids the effective printing area. The fold line falls on the blank area of the paper edge, not through the waveform printing area, so the fetal heart rate curve will not be interrupted by the fold line.

Q3: Other brands of fetal monitoring paper of the same width print halfway through the line, but ours does not.

A3: Some paper of the same size on the market is too thick, resulting in uneven pressure when passing through the rubber rollers and causing print breaks; this paper is customized with a weight according to the gap of the CADENCE II machine's rubber rollers, and the thickness is just right to match the paper feed gap, so the whole page is printed completely without any breaks.
