BLT Biolight M66 Patient Monitor Connection Board Alarm Indicator Board Wiring This cable connects the internal connection board and alarm indicator board of the M66 monitor. When a monitored value exceeds a preset threshold, the connection board transmits an alarm signal through this cable to the alarm indicator board, displaying a corresponding alarm signal, such as a red, yellow, or green light. Different lights illuminate depending on the alarm level or type, prompting medical personnel to take appropriate action. The cable is approximately 20cm long, made of white PVC, with a white section at each end for connecting to the ports on the connection board and alarm indicator board, respectively. The cable uses a four-strand wire design, enabling simultaneous transmission of different signals without interference. Features 1. Alarm Signal Transmission Dedicated to transmitting alarm control signals from the connection board to the alarm indicator board (M9500LED01). The LEDs then illuminate or flash according to the alarm level, providing a visual alarm output. 2. Status Synchronization Ensures perfect synchronization between alarm lights, device sound alarms, and screen prompts: the lights respond immediately to abnormal parameters and turn off synchronously when normal parameters are restored, avoiding alarm asynchrony. 3. Signal Isolation The cable uses an independent routing design with four signal wires, transmitting different alarm signals separately to avoid electromagnetic interference affecting the stability of the alarm lights and prevent alarm delays or false flashes. 4. Modular Signal Path Serving as a dedicated path between the connection board and the alarm light board, only this cable needs to be replaced in case of failure, without affecting other functions such as buttons and displays, facilitating precise maintenance. Product Images FAQ Q1: The alarm light is not on, but the audible alarm and screen display are working normally. Could this be a problem with the cable? A1: Possibly. First, check the cable itself for damage or breakage, and whether the connection to the indicator board is loose. If the audible and screen alarms are normal, the mainboard control signal is normal, and the fault is likely with the cable or the indicator board itself. If the cable is normal after troubleshooting, it is recommended to replace the indicator board. Q2: The alarm light is flashing randomly or the alarm color is incorrect. Is this related to the cable? A2: Yes. If a signal wire inside the cable is short-circuited, it will cause an error in the transmission of the alarm level signal, manifested as incorrect light color and abnormal flashing pattern. Replace the cable and test again. Q3: The indicator board occasionally flashes briefly and then goes out. Is this due to poor cable contact? A3: Possibly. A damaged cable or loose connection can cause intermittent signal interruption, manifested as the light flashing and then going out. Re-plug the cable and clean the pins. If the problem persists, the cable needs to be replaced. Ordering Information
