BLT Biolight M66 Patient Monitor Button membrane This button film is a long, integrated silicone button film, the core tactile component of the Biolight M66 monitor's physical buttons. It contains six buttons: an alarm/mute confirmation button, a menu adjustment button, parameter increment/decrement buttons, a print start button, and a standby button. The button caps are designed in different colors for easy differentiation by medical staff during clinical operation, improving operational efficiency. The top of the button film is a white silicone base with a central notch for precise positioning with the front shell of the device, preventing installation misalignment. The back has six circular raised dots, corresponding to the button caps on the front. These dots trigger the microswitches on the lower button panel when pressed, providing clear tactile feedback. Functions and Advantages 1. Operational Feedback: The silicone bumps and button caps provide clear tactile feedback for medical staff, confirming that the operation has been triggered, preventing accidental or missed presses, and improving clinical operation efficiency. 2. Protection and Sealing: As an outer sealing film for the button area, it effectively prevents dust, medication, sweat, etc., from entering the device, protecting the lower button panel and circuitry from corrosion and extending the device's lifespan. 3. Function Differentiation and Visual Recognition: Different colored button caps distinguish core functions, making it easy for medical staff to quickly identify and operate key functions. 4. High Durability and Easy Maintenance: The silicone material is fatigue-resistant and aging-resistant, capable of withstanding tens of thousands of presses; the surface is easy to clean and disinfect, meeting hospital requirements. Product Images FAQ Q1: If a button is unresponsive or stuck, is it always a problem with the button film? A1: Not necessarily. There are several possible causes. Check if the button film is aged or deformed, preventing the switch from triggering; check for foreign objects blocking the silicone button; check if the lower button panel is damaged. If the film appears intact, the problem may be with the button panel. Q2: Can the yellow and blue buttons be interchanged? A2: No. The button film is only a physical tactile layer; its function is defined by the lower button panel. Yellow usually corresponds to high-priority operations (such as alarm mute/confirm). Interchanging them will cause operational logic confusion. Q3: The button film is severely yellowed or even cracked. Can I still use it? A3: If only the surface is yellowed without damage, you can clean it and continue using it. If the button film is cracked, deformed, or worn, it will cause the buttons to malfunction or the seal to fail, and the button film must be replaced. Ordering Information
