Biolight M66 Patient Monitor Parameter Board E307365 BM100-07 XRD1005-B-0122
Product Introduction
This product is a parameter circuit board assembly (PN : E307365 / BM100-07 / XRD1005-B-0122) specifically designed for the Biolight M66 series patient monitors. The circuit board utilizes a high-density multilayer PCB structure, internally housing precision surface-mount components, including a microprocessor, signal conditioning circuitry, isolation amplifiers, and analog-to-digital converters. The circuit board layout is divided into multiple functional areas for processing ECG, respiration, SpO2, NIBP, and body temperature parameters, each equipped with an independent signal chain and isolation barrier. Gold-plated edge connectors and keyway-equipped joints ensure reliable and corrosion-resistant connections to the monitor's backplane and peripheral modules. The circuit board integrates a medical-grade isolation barrier that meets patient protection requirements, ensuring safe isolation between the patient connection circuitry and the monitor's main system. Furthermore, the circuit board integrates comprehensive electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) filtering and shielding components to maintain signal integrity in clinical environments with high electromagnetic noise. As the central data acquisition and processing center of the M66 monitor, this parameter board receives raw physiological signals from sensors connected to the patient, performs real-time signal processing and analysis, and transmits the processed data to the mainboard for display and alarm generation.
Advantages
1. Processes physiological signals from external monitoring and displays them clearly on the device screen. It not only accurately acquires raw signals from various probes but also filters noise and amplifies effective signals through internal circuitry, preventing data distortion.
2. Stably connects to the host computer and other functional modules, enabling synchronous parameter transmission and alarm signal linkage. This ensures the reliability of monitoring data obtained by medical staff, providing robust support for clinical judgment.
3. The sets of codes perfectly match the original motherboard, with identical terminal interfaces, screw holes, and module positions. Simply plug it in for seamless connection. Signal stability is maximized, and professional filtering and anti-interference design protects against electromagnetic interference in hospital wards.
4. Medical-grade durability. The anti-static, flame-retardant PCB substrate is suitable for the complex electrical environment of hospitals, preventing board burnout and short circuits during long-term operation. Modular design facilitates maintenance; the independent board design eliminates the need to disassemble core components, allowing for individual replacement to fix parameter faults and significantly reducing equipment downtime.
Installation Steps
1. Remove the new parameter board. Align it with the screw holes and slots inside the casing, gently place the motherboard into position, and evenly tighten the four corner screws, using moderate force to avoid stripping or cracking the board.
2. Following the corrective markings on the ribbon cable interfaces, insert each set of ribbon cables into the corresponding terminals, tightening the clips to ensure secure contact without any looseness or gaps.
3. Restore the device casing, tighten the screws, connect the power, and test each monitoring parameter to ensure it is displayed correctly and the signal is stable. Once confirmed to be normal, the installation is complete; no additional complex calibration is required.
Notice
1. All operations must be performed with the equipment completely powered off and all external cables removed. Never plug or unplug cables or loosen screws while the power is on, as this could short-circuit and damage the parameter board or main module.
2. If parameters are missing, values fluctuate, or alarms occur, first check the probes and wiring. Replace the parameter board only after confirming it is faulty; do not disassemble or reassemble it blindly.
3. Spare parameter boards must be stored in a sealed, dry, dust-free, and anti-static environment, away from corrosive gases and sharp objects, to prevent moisture damage to the substrate and chips. |
