Introduce

This product is a front cover assembly specifically designed for the EDAN F300 fetal monitor. The front cover is precision-molded from high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic, with a smooth, matte surface that is scratch-resistant and fingerprint-resistant. It serves as the primary protective housing for the monitor's display screen, control buttons, and indicator lights. The front cover features a large, precisely framed display window with integrated anti-glare protection, ensuring clear display of fetal heart rate curves and parameter data under various lighting conditions. Multiple precision-cut openings accommodate the membrane keypad, rotary encoder, speaker grille, and interface ports for contraction and ultrasound transducers. Reinforced mounting bosses and positioning posts on the inner surface ensure a secure connection to the monitor chassis while effectively preventing dust and liquid ingress. Disassembly and Assembly Requirements

• Power Off First: Before disassembly and assembly, the F300 monitor must be powered off, the power cord disconnected, and the battery removed. Do not operate while the power is on to prevent short circuits and damage to internal components.
• Avoid Forced Disassembly: When removing the old front panel, use a plastic pry bar to gently pry the clips. Do not forcefully pull them to prevent breakage of the clips or deformation of the device.
• Protect Internal Cables: During operation, gently hold the display screen and button panel. Avoid excessive pulling on the cables to prevent breakage of the screen or button cables, which could lead to display or operational malfunctions.
