The Mindray VS-800 Monitor Front Case, also known as the Front
Frame, is a protective cover for the device and also serves to
display function labels. As seen in the image, the front cover
displays the brand, model, and function labels, such as labels for
the display areas for diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood
pressure, mean blood pressure, pulse rate, and blood oxygen
saturation; it also labels the buttons, such as recording and mute
functions.
The bottom of the front cover also features space for interfaces,
facilitating the connection of sensors that require data monitoring
during use, making operation more convenient.
With the relevant display areas and function button labels,
operators can more intuitively see the corresponding functions of
each button while operating the device, enabling more efficient
completion of operation settings.
1. Function Annotations: Display areas and button functions are
annotated. Each display area shows the corresponding parameters,
and each button is also annotated, allowing operators to quickly
view the relevant parameters and find the corresponding functions
during use.
2. Interface and Function Reserved: A 6-pin interface is reserved
at the bottom of the front frame specifically for the pulse
oximeter sensor, located on the front of the device. This
facilitates easy plugging and unplugging by medical personnel,
allowing them to see the connection between the device and the
sensor at a glance, and making clinical operation more convenient.
3. Protection of Internal Components: The front shell and other
external protective components form a unified whole, protecting the
internal circuitry from external contaminants such as blood,
disinfectants, and dust, reducing the chance of damage to the
internal circuitry and minimizing the need for equipment
maintenance.
4. Structural Support and Shape Maintenance: Multiple clips and
screw holes (internal fixing posts visible in the image) provide
support for the internal components, preventing shell deformation
and component displacement after long-term use.
