The front shell also requires machine injection of film. If the holding pressure is high and the time is short before it ends immediately, the front protection will be insufficient because the material near the gate is hot and shrinks relatively large, resulting in front concave deformation of the product. By utilizing the difference in pressure holding time between the two low pressure holding surfaces, the filling saturation degree of the front and vertical surfaces can be adjusted, followed by the difference in shrinkage between the two surfaces, and then the concave convex effect can be achieved. Combined with mold temperature adjustment, the degree of deformation can be roughly adjusted. This will fully integrate with the back shell, ensuring the normal use of the monitor machine.
