Thanks to the best system design, the power consumption of the patient monitor is very low. A single lithium battery can power the entire system

The back of the battery communicates the capacity and status of the battery to the internal systems. This patient monitor only supports lithium batteries. Field detection of lithium batteries is based on the internal resistance of the battery.

The new battery provides two types of information via 2 pins.

• Battery location information
•  Low/high battery capacity information

The patient monitor supports rechargeable 11.1 V lithium batteries. The battery is located on the bottom of the patient monitor. Power from the battery is fed into the power module through the battery connection card, and the power supply then processes the power and directs it to the various components of the patient monitor. Two battery types are supported:

• Current high-end lithium battery 4500 mAh
•  Newly developed 2600 mAh lithium battery with small capacity

The battery type and location is foolproof. Patient monitors require the correct type of battery for proper installation. Otherwise, the battery cannot be inserted.
