Parameter Module

The parameter module is a relatively independent system consisting of a multi-parameter module and an SpO2 board

Removing the Parameter Connector Panel Assembly

1. For standard configuration tools, the parameter connector assembly can be removed directly. Disconnect the multi-parameter signal cable, NIBP tube and ECG signal cable as shown below. Then remove the parametric connector assembly.

1. For equipments with optional C.O. and CO2 modules, remove the parameter module assembly

Disassembling the Parameter Module Assembly

Note

1. Disassemble carefully to protect the plates on both sides of the module from damage.

2. Be sure to assemble the fast valve (red) and slow valve (blue) in the correct order. The slow valve must be connected to the end of the line with a reducer.

3. Operations on optional parts such as C.O. and CO2 may not apply to your device.

Removing the Mindray M02C CO2 Module (Optional)

1. Remove the four M3X8 screws shown below, then remove the Mindray M02C CO2 module.

2. Removing the main CO2 module

Remove the three M3X6 screws shown below, then remove the CO2 receiver board

Removing the Microstream CO2 module

1. Remove the four M3X6 screws listed below, then remove the Microstream CO2 module

2. Then remove the three M3X6 screws and then remove the micro current transformer as shown below:

Removing the C.O. Module

1. Unscrew the M3X6 screw indicated below and take out the C.O. module

Removing the SpO2 board

Unscrew the two M3X6 screws indicated below and take out the SpO2 board

Removing the Multi-parameter Board

Disconnect the pipe from the board. Then unscrew the four M3X6 screws and take out the multi-parameter board, as shown below:
