► Brief Introduction

The power supply is an important part of the system and consists of a power board, a power switch board, a battery and a fan. The main power board converts AC power to 5V and 12V DC power to power the rest of the system. The power switch board provides special power for the LCD monitor. When the AC power is disconnected, the battery can maintain the official function of the system for a short time. Superior ventilation is achieved with a small fan that requires a DC input.

► Principle introduction

This module provides DC power to other boards.

This module converts 220V AC or battery power to 5V, 12V, and -12V DC to power other boards. If AC mains and battery coexist, the former will give priority to supplying power to the system, while the latter will charge the system at the same time.

• AC/DC: Convert high-voltage AC power to low-voltage DC power to power subsequent circuits and charge batteries.
• Battery control circuit: If AC power and battery coexist, this circuit controls the output of the AC/DC section to charge the battery. This circuit controls the battery to power subsequent circuits if the AC power is lost.
• 5V DC/DC: Convert the DC power from the previous circuit to a stable 5V DC power supply and power the other boards.
• 12V/-12V DC/DC: Convert the DC power from the previous circuit to a stable 12V/-12V DC power supply to power other boards.
• Power Switch Circuit: Control the working status of 5V DC/DC and 12V DC/DC to control the on/off action of the monitor.
• Voltage Detection Circuit: Detect the output voltage of each part in the detection circuit, convert the analog signal into a digital signal, and then send it to the main control board for processing.
