Working principle and characteristics:
Digital pendulum impact testing machine is a kind of impact testing
machine, mainly through the Charpy notch impact performance
measurement to determine the impact resistance and impact toughness
of metal materials under dynamic load.
In addition, the impact testing machine is based on the potential
energy of the pendulum itself, a drop hammer impact sample. Take
the pendulum axis of the impact testing machine as the center, when
the pendulum is in the pre-lifting Angle position, loosen the
pendulum. The sample was hit at a speed of 5∽5.5m/s, as different
impact speeds lead to different results. Therefore, only when the
impact energy of the sample is completely absorbed by the sample,
can it not be absorbed by other parts, so that the impact test data
can be accurate and reliable. In order to make the value larger,
the testing machine must be sufficiently rigid, and all parts
related to the sample should meet the relevant technical
conditions. In this way, the measurements can be more accurate.
In general, the digital pendulum impact testing machine also has
