Production Line

Printing:

The wood grain, marble grain, and other natural designs are printed on the solid base color film without limit in range.

at present more than 500 colors have been developed, and each year we are keeping developing new popular colors according to market trends. Different colors will use different printing rollers. We now have 500+ printing rollers

Color matching according to the customer's sample is taken into this step.

Laminating:

PVC foils with various embossed, finishes, such as wood embossed, wood texture, fabric design, metal design, etc,

high gloss finish, matte finish, supper matte finish, etc, all will use different embossing rollers, we now have 200+ embossing rollers for customers to choose from, and use different embossing rollers for laminating different surfaces of PVC foils.

Packing:

We usually pack PVC foils in rolls,100meters-500meters per roll, then pack in pallets,9 rolls/pallet or 12rolls/pallet, or 16 rolls/pallet,

10 pallets/20GP, for thickness 0.30mm, width 1260mm, usually we can load about 28000 meters in one small container.

Inspection 3 times before mass production, raw material each layer colors, thickness one-time inspection,

one time after printing, one time after lamination,

After production, we will check the thickness, width, and color of the film carefully.

Tolerance for the thickness was controlled within 0.02mm. For each order, we will keep the sample.

When the client has a regular order for one model, we can guarantee the quality, thickness, and color.

For each batch order, we will keep each ordered sample for 3 years,

and we have completed each order sample record for easy finding your last ordered colors.

We carefully control the colors of the new order and make sure they are exactly the same as the colors of your last orders.

The inspection for matte wood grain PVC decorative foil, the surface with embossed
matching color according to the customer's PVC film sample, and we can make a color sample for your confirmation before mass production	We produce PVC film according to the customer's request thickness, which is the net thickness of PVC film, for wood grain embossed film, the thickness is before embossed or after, it is different and we will tell you openly. normally the final net thickness will be +-0.01mm.	we make the same as your request, request wood grain printing area is 1260mm and the total area is 1400mm, or the printing area is 1400mm, the width depends on your machine's working area, usually 1240-1260mm.

PVC decorative film width 1260mm, 1400mm, we produce as customer order request	high gloss PVC film usually comes with protective film, and we test the thickness, not including protective film as net thickness as your order request	high gloss design, its surface is mirror-like, and we test its surface gloss reach to 93%-95%, which means a good quality gloss layer

1. We use the original base color film for a solid color or printing patterns, it is one of the key points to guarantee the color same & quality in each batch order if use recycled base color film to do printing to reach the customer's request color, which will make the color more different but no big quality problem if make thicker.

2. We set a room to keep each ordered sample for 3 years, and we have a complete record for easy finding your last ordered colors. We carefully control the colors of the new order and make sure they are exactly the same as the colors of your last orders.
