The primary material of the lunch boxes is sugarcane pulp, sometimes 10%-20% bamboo pulp is added. There are also factories using wood pulp and straw pulp. The color can be made as natural (unbleached) or white (bleached). And the thickness of the lunch boxes is 0.5-1.5 mm mainly. Generally speaking, the standard thickness of ordinary discs and lunch boxes is about 0.5 mm. If there is a higher quality requirement, the thickness can also be increased. In order to increase the product stiffness, the thickness of some meat trays and cutlery products exceeds 1 mm.
