(1) Before production ,we will have an audit meeting for the designs ,and arrange relative works to different department ,to avoide problems before mass production .
(2) Raw material inspection ,All the parts or material will be checked before stored in our warehouse ,to check the material if meet with our technical standard and safety standard ,the packing if it's good to protect the material .
(3) At the stage of production ,we will have QC staff to check each finished parts if it's proper to send to the next processing ,such as the mental it's polished without any sharps .
(4) Before the packing ,The QC staff will check the finished component and make sure that all equipment if it's meet with the production drawings .
All products are in line with the European standard CE,and ASTM standard ,We strickly control the process of production .
