400G PM4 BERT High Speed Optical Transceiver Module Test Equipment


Product characteristics
 

Code type switch:
Ordinary error detectors can only produce a single code pattern, while the 400G PAM4 error detector can switch NRZ (non-returnto-zero code) and PAM4 (four-level pulse amplitude modulation) code patterns without any peripheral accessories.
PAM4 signal is 4 level pulse amplitude modulation, can display more bit logic information than traditional digital signals, suitable for high-speed optical communication systems.
 

High-speed test capability:
Support PAM4 rate from 24.33GBaud to 30GBaud, meet the test requirements of 400G high-speed optical transceiver module.
It also supports advanced functions such as Gray coding and FEC (forward error correction) to ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy of the test.
 

Versatility:
Both internal and external trigger, output amplitude adjustment, PAM4 transmission signal level proportional adjustment and other functions, for high-speed optical transceiver module automatic production test provides an effective guarantee.
The bit error rate can be read by the internal bit error count, or the received data can be looped back to the error detection module of the error analyzer for bit error rate determination.
 

Standardized testing:
Meet the test requirements of IEEE 802.3bs 400G and OIF-CEI-56G/28G and other international standards to ensure the compatibility and reliability of test results.
