All of our sponges are made of 100% pure nature white konjac. There is no additives or chemicals at all. After using, the whole sponge is 100% biodegradable.

Even the most sensitive skin or kids can use directly. Every sponge's fabrication time is 15days, can be used for 25days and storage time can be 5 years.All of our products have passed the MSDS, Reach and EN71 test certificate.

The making process of konjac sponge

Mixing

Mixing thoroughly to ensure that the dye and konjac flour are fully integrated

Filling

Accurately control product weight and reduce the number of defective products in subsequent products

Fermenting

Depending on the size of the product, it takes about one hour to fully ferment the konjac product with uniform stoma.

Quick freezing

The quick freezing time is 4 days, in order to make the konjac fibrosis and increase the toughness of the fiber.

Unfreezing

Naturally Unfreezing, so that the sponge reaches the standard of about alkaline, in order to meet the requirements of different skin types. At the same time, it is easy to wear a rope for convenient use.

Stringing

The material is chemical fiber, which can be made of pure cotton biodegradable material, which is easy to use and dry

Freeze again

It takes 8 days to increase the strength of the fiber and increase the service life of the konjac. The life cycle of a single konjac can reach 30 days. Different environments will also affect the life cycle of konjac

Drying

The time is 12 hours to ensure that the original components of the sponge are not destroyed to the greatest extent, the shape change is small, it is convenient to screen for defective products, the shape and size are not changed, and it is easier to absorb water, convenient to use, and the effect is much higher than that of baking.
