What is Poycrystalline diamond?

It is a new material. It's formed by sintering a natural or artificial diamond powder and a binder (including a metal such as cobalt or nickel) at a high temperature (1000 to 2000 ° C) and a high pressure (500 to 100,000 atmospheres). During the sintering process, due to the addition of the binder, a bonding bridge containing TiC, SiC, Fe, Co, Ni, etc. as a main component is formed between the diamond crystals, and the diamond crystals are embedded in the skeleton of the bonding bridge in the form of covalent bonds. The composite sheet is usually made into a disc of fixed diameter and thickness, and the sintered composite sheet is also subjected to grinding and polishing and other corresponding physical and chemical treatments.

PRODUCING STEPS

1, Our designer will make the drawing for customers confirmation as per their requirements and materials:

Cutting time: 30mins to 4hours, it’s depends on the thickness of material and the complexity of the design.
Cutting width: 0.05-0.15mm

2, Once confirmed the draw, we will using the Laser cutting machine to cut:
* The laser cutting is suitable for PCD/PCBN blank and ceramics
* Precision cutting delivery with 3 days
* Large stock for different brand material

3, QC inspection: All of the goods are finished by Laser cutting machine, our QC department will do inspection one by one, and send to our warehouse if the quality is good.
