The pocky bar coating chocolate machine includes drip
chocolate machine and cooling tunnel. It is specially designed for
coating cookie sticks with chocolate. The machine is made entirely
of stainless steel. It is used for making high quality pure or
compound chocolate coating on cookies. This finger biscuit bar coating machine adopts electric, gas
and photoelectric tracking control, with high degree of automation,
uniform liquid level during dipping, smooth product appearance and
uniform thickness of coating surface. After the first coating, the
granule material is sprinkled and then slightly cooled. The second
coating is done and then it enters the cooling tunnel. The pocky sticks bar enrobing line starts with manual feeding of
baked cookie sticks. The pocky bar are manually put into the
cookie hopper. The cookie sticks automatically fall into the mold.
The pushing device pushes the cookie sticks evenly into the holes
of the device. The device then firmly fixes the biscuit sticks.
Driven by the chain, the biscuit sticks move downwards. The device
then moves forwards and the chocolate cream containers move up and
down to coat the biscuit sticks with chocolate. The excess
chocolate cream is removed by slight vibration. After coating with
chocolate, the device moves forwards into the cooling tunnel. After

How to achieve continuous chocolate liquid feeding?
For continuous chocolate liquid feeding, we customize customer a small size 500L chocolate melting tank, the 500L chocolate melting tank has heating pipes inside which are used to heat and melt chocolate blocks into liquid.
Chocolate pump The 5 M3 chocolate feeding pump is used to connect the chocolate enrober machine and the chocolate melting tank. Chocolate liquid will be transferred from the melting tank to the enrober tank by accurate ration. The jacketed connecting pipes are used to connect all the machines to transfer chocolate liquids.
