Conclusions: - The MD and TD yield strength of the once-formed tube is 25-30%
greater than the extruded laminate PBL tube (A,B), making it more
rigid.
- 60% HD one-formed tube and aluminum-plastic ABL tube(C) have the
same yield strength, so the mechanical properties and hardness are
equivalent under the same thickness.
- Compared with the extruded laminate PBL tube(A,B) of the same
thickness, the one-formed tube has greatly improved water-blocking
and oxygen-blocking performance.
