Description
1. Scope of application
Quantitative packaging of granular materials in rice, seeds, feed,
chemical raw materials, sugar, peanuts and other industries.
2. Features
a. The international advanced high-precision weighing sensor and
batching controller are adopted. The controller adopts a
high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 480 times
per second and an input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d. The measurement
accuracy is high and the stability is good.
b. Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure
eliminates the problems of stress point offset and signal
distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the
weighing hopper.
c. The specially designed multi-stage feeding mechanism, combined
with the control algorithm of the controller, makes the packaging
speed of the scale fast and the accuracy is high. The independent
double-cylinder feeding overcomes the unavoidable use of
three-position cylinders that have plagued quantitative packaging
equipment for many years. The sealing ring is easy to wear and
tear.
d. The specially designed sensor and cylinder airtight working room
completely isolate the corrosion and wear of the cylinder and
sensor by rice flour, dust and water vapor, which greatly prolongs
the trouble-free operation time of the equipment.
e. The Chinese touch screen operation interface makes the operation
interface more intuitive and humanized, and the functional
operation is clear at a glance, reducing the chance of wrong
operation.
f. There is a manual control mode, which can be manually operated
to control the feeding and bag loosening mechanisms separately, so
as to facilitate the cleaning of agglomerated and blocked
materials.
g. Automatic bag sewing and automatic thread cutting functions.
h. Conveyor automatic lifting technology, core components adopt
international famous brands, advanced functions, stable and
reliable.
i. It has the functions of automatic counting of the number of
packages and package quantity, printing and data communication.
j. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless
