Q2. What's the warranty ?

1 year warranty is available.

You could gather the defective items and send them back 1 time and then we will ship them back after repair. In this way, we need to share the shipping cost. Means you need to pay for shipment for send back and we cover the resend shipment cost.

Also, we can choose another warranty way. That is we offer 0.2% spare. In this way, you need to deal with RMA locally.

Q3. I don’t like your standard colors. Can I choose any color for the housings? If yes, any extra cost

A3: We have different colors, you can choose any color you like. MOQ is 2000 PCS without any extra cost.

Q4: What is your terms of delivery?
A4: FOB/CIF/Door to Door/By air as you like.
