Description

3. Shot peening can be done after treatment:
40-50N/cm^2 compressed air or centrifuge 70m/s linear speed, the φ 0.3-0.5mm(for small parts, valve spring, gear, etc.), φ 0.6-0.8mm(for plate spring, crankshaft, half shaft, etc.) cast iron shot or hardened steel shot injection to the surface of the spring, strengthen the surface, the number of fatigue cycles can be improved
8-13 times, the life span can be increased by 2-2.5 times.
