Our VR equipment comes with a one-year warranty and lifetime technical support. If any issues arise during the warranty period, we’ll send replacement parts to resolve the problem.

3. What are the shipping options?  
A. Under EXW terms, you arrange shipping and pick up the goods from our factory.  
B. Under CIF terms, we arrange shipping and deliver the goods to your port.

5. What are the payment terms?
