The printing films high-temperature and rapid-processing developer
and fixer being produced domestically now make serious pollutions
to film processors more or less, thus damaging their functions. For
example, thick film shedding and developer oxide on rubber rollers
block up the circulation system of film processor, and result in an
accumulation of thick stain that can not be removed by water in the
developing and fixing troughs. A long-term use of this product will
lead to the cracks of rubber rollers, break circulation
installations and increase maintenance costs. The machines, which
should have a regular service life of over 10 years, may become
scrapped after a short-term service merely due to quality problems
of this product. To solve the above problems, our factory, through
many years research, has produced developer & fixer up to
international advanced level, which proves to be fully able to
settle the above.
Purpose:
Suitable for developing a whole series of plate-made films
(electronic scanning films, bright & dark-room copies, helium
neon, radium emanation, infrared ray, photo-composing films and
photo-composing photographic paper) by working with all kinds of
high-speed film processor.
Features:
a). Wide processing latitude, sharp contrast and clear dots.
b). Suitable for a whole series of plate-made films by working with
high-temperature & rapid-processing film processor.
c). Scrubbing and washing the mechanical parts of the developing
and fixing troughs with clean water to get them clean during a
change of the developer & fixer.
Dilution:
a). For developing, the dilution proportion of working solutions is
1:2 (developer: water) with a replenishing volume of 150-200ml per
square meter film.
b). For fixing, the dilution proportion of working solutions is 1:4
(fixer: water) with a replenishing volume of 200-300ml per square
meter film.
Instructions before use:
Before the first use of our international-level developer &
fixer, special-purpose cleaners should be applied for rinsing every
part of developing troughs to get them clean. If the film
processors have been seriously polluted, following circumstances
will occur:
a). Film developer becomes grayish black with much sediment at the
bottom of the troughs that all are the pollutants of the machines.
b). After the occurrence of the above, the efficacy of the
developer will be greatly reduced and haze will appear when the
condition gets much worse.
c). Regular horizontal pollutant marks and a layer of bright silver
grey matter will appear on the film when developed films come out.
d). The ways of solving the above problems: Clean the troughs with
the special-purpose cleaners according to the instruction and then
renew film developer. Brush and wash the troughs with clean water
every 2 to 3 moths from then on, which will keep the film
processors clean.
