Application of rubber belt vulcanizer :

1. Steel Cord Belt Intermediate Rubber is an uncured rubber for hot vulcanized belt splicing.

2. It is designed to use as an inter-core cord rubber replacement material in splicing steel cord conveyor belts or a tie gum in fabric belts.

3. The material is designed to bond to cured intercore rubber and wire cords in all standard grade steel cord conveyor belts, as well as fabric belt cured skim rubber and general bond improvement material for general grade fabric conveyor belts.

Since 2004, RUNNING MACHINE has developed the “Pressure Bag” uniform pressure system, which is an innovation of outdated heavy press bags. It is 4 times lighter than the outdated pressure bag.

A whole piece of vulcanized rubber is used for sealing, isolation, rust prevention, without any splicing area, ensuring safety during the operation.

The pressure bag can be fully expanded in one time to ensure that the uniform pressure reaches 3.0MPa, which fully meets the requirements of belt vulcanization.

For outdated press bags, the thickness of the press bag frame is only 2cm instead of 5cm, which increases the pressure area.
