Principle of the procedure

The product uses fluorescence immunoassay technology, and uses competitive methods to qualitatively detect the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV2) neutralizing antibodies in human serum plasma samples and whole blood. In this product. RBD and chicken IgY labeled with fluorescent substances are pretreated on glass cellulose membranes, while ACE2 and goat anti-chicken IgY antibodies are coated on nitrocellulose membrane T and C lines, respectively. During detection, if there is a test substance (neutralizing antibody) in the sample, the fluorescently labeled RBD can bind to the antibody in the sample, resulting in no bands or bands becoming weaker in the detection area (T). If there is no test substance (neutralizing antibody) in the sample, or the concentration of the test substance is too low, the fluorescently labeled RBD will bind to the ACE2 on the NC membrane, and an obvious baud will be detected in the detection area (T). Regardless of whether the measured substance is present in the sample, a band will be detected in the control area (C). The band in the control area (C) is the standard to determine whether the reaction process is normal.
