5. Working Principle

The gluing base plate is manually fed from the front part of the 1# dust cleaning conveyor, after 2#anilox roll gluing machine,3#conveyor,positioning at 4# assembly station, manual placement of frames and corresponding fillers, second glued soleplates, the second floor plates are bonded to the surface of the frame by manual operation, slight pressure, manually press the 4# side start button, the good fit material is conveyed to the 5# heavy press for initial compression, press and keep pressure through 6# multi-roller presser, manual blanking at the end of 7#out plate conveyor.
