The mold development team has 20 people and has 20 years of experience in mold manufacturing. While they aware of requirement of customer, we can make a full dimension measurement report and 2D drawing.
Production Line: Our equipment are all automatic injection molding machines and have robots arms. Currently there are 30 automatic injection molding machines, 60 in mould labeling injection molding machines. 30 blow molding machines, 25 screen printing machines and 15 heat transfer machines.
A large number of machines make the production cycle short and easier to maintain. Therefore our maintenance cost is very low. Even though the output of products every day is a large number but the unit production cost is low.
Our factory have 240 employs in total. 70% of whom are skilled employees and have many years of experience. They are well trained, hard working and professional.
About quality management: There are 15 quality control personnel in the production workshop, they are doing regular inspect and random sampling

Mold and Product Development Team
Our mold and technical team supports product structure design, mold development, sample adjustment and packaging improvement. For customized projects, they help customers turn ideas into practical plastic packaging products, including custom bucket shapes, lid structures, handle options and printing areas.
Production Team
Our production team operates modern injection molding, bottle blowing and printing equipment. With more than 100 injection molding machines, 50 bottle blowing machines and 40 printing machines, we can support different product sizes, order volumes and customization requirements.
Quality Control Team
Our quality control team checks key production steps including raw materials, bucket strength, lid matching, sealing performance, handle loading, printing appearance, color consistency and final packing. For export orders, we pay special attention to stacking stability and transportation safety, because packaging must perform well not only in the factory, but also during storage, loading and international shipping.
Export Sales and Service Team
