This Machine is suitable for producing different sizes of paper straws and very small paper tubes. It adopted with PLC controller; main motor is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation; touch screen man-machine interface. Easy for parameters setting & operating. Cutting section adopted with numerical multi-blades cutting system. Servo synchronous tracking cutting system makes it higher precision and multi-blades cutting makes it higher efficiency. Machine body and main spare parts made by stainless steel instead of painting. Ensure the hygiene and environmental protection of the products.

Surace Layer paper roll thickness 60gsm, middle & inner layer is 120gsm

If you need printed paper straw, only need to print the 60gsm thickness paper roll.

Paper Roll can be coated with Wax as per your requirements.

The proportion of paper roll and glue is 1000kgs paper roll: 150kgs glue.

One ton paper roll can do around 850000pcs of paper straw.

It is water base glue, must be food grade.
