Brief description:

Applicable scope:

This swab is mainly used for specimen collection.

Instructions:

①. When sampling, if necessary, use a swab to wipe off excess secretions from the cervical orifice, then insert the disposable sampling swab into the cervical orifice, and gently rotate the swab clockwise for 3 to 5 turns

②. Slowly draw out the disposable sampling swab, put it into the virus sampling tube, break the excess swab tail at the mouth of the tube, and leave the swab head in the virus sampling tube.

③. Tighten, fully immerse the tip of the flocking into the virus sampling tube, and tighten the cap tightly, record the patient's name and ID number on the label and paste it on the virus sampling tube, and put the virus sampling tube into the biological sample. Secure bag and transport to lab.

Note: Excessive rotations can cause dilution or loss of sample. After sampling, make sure that the single-use sampling swab does not touch anything else.

Exterior:

The appearance of the swab should be correct, neat, smooth, uniform in color, free from burrs, mildew, scars, scratches, cracks and other defects. It should be clean, odorless and tasteless. It should be soft to the touch and there should be no macula, smudges, foreign bodies.

performance:

The pull-out force at the junction of the connecting rod and the sampling head should not be less than 2N. The swab should be able to withstand a static pressure of 4N perpendicular to the axial direction for 15s without permanent deformation or breakage. The breaking force of the depression at the sampling head end should not be less than 2N.
