The direct enforcement data collection software (collection
software) is a Windows-based application designed and developed by
Zhengzhou Hengliang Technology Co., Ltd. for direct enforcement of
overweight trucks. Its main function is to achieve data collection,
matching, synthesis, display, and storage in multi lane situations.
This system generally runs in the background of the on-site
industrial computer 24 hours a day, with the advantages of green
installation, powerful functions, low resource utilization, fault
self-checking and self-recovery, and strong device compatibility. Software Function | No. | Functional Module | Functional Description | | 1 | Detection display module | Real-time display of vehicle weighing information, vehicle serial
number, license plate color, license plate number, gross weight,
weight limit, number of axles, lane, direction, speed, and more. Click the vehicle's front photo to preview the information; Double-click the vehicle list to display detailed information; Automatically calculate and output over-limit data, supporting
separate column displays of over-limit data; Supports automatic on-screen protection; Real-time display of operating status for easy fault diagnosis and
query; Automatically identify abnormal data with confidence level
detection and display. | | 2 | Site Configuration Module | Supports viewing and adjusting the weighing equipment's station
name, type, communication method, serial port, instrument IP
address, data bits, and baud rate. Supports cyclical storage of industrial computer images and
automatic deletion of expired images. Supports enabling interface devices. Supports filtering of vehicle display based on license plates and
photos. Supports pre-transmission of overweight vehicle data (only
available in the Comprehensive Overweight Control Platform V2.0). | | 3 | Camera Configuration Module | Supports snapshot control and reception of cameras from major
camera manufacturers. Supports the addition, deletion, modification, and query of
snapshot device parameters, including station name, camera
category, camera name, camera type, IP address, port number,
username, password, and deployment level. Supports camera enable status control and modification time
recording. Supports continuous front-end photography for capturing moving
images. Supports snapshots of information boards, with comprehensive
matching and synthesis. Supports snapshot control using entry and exit signals and
customizable delays. | | 4 | Information board control module | The information board supports viewing, adjusting, and adding
station names, screen names, control cards, orientation, screen
height, and screen width. Information board content can be
configured and data edited. Over-limit notifications, warnings, and under-limit notifications
can be customized, along with promotional content and display time. Vehicle images can be displayed on the full-color large screen. Multiple information boards in the same lane can be displayed. | | 5 | Outer contour dimension detection module | Supports combining and matching exterior dimension data with
license plate and weight data. Supports interface protocol analysis for mainstream exterior
dimension measurement equipment manufacturers. Supports configuration of exterior dimension measurement equipment
for different installation layouts. | | 6 | ETC device configuration module | Supports combined matching of ETC license plates, captured license
plates, and weight data; Supports interface protocol parsing for major ETC equipment
manufacturers; Supports vehicle configuration based on ETC coordinates; Supports ETC detection and control using various trigger sources; | | 7 | Over-limit standard configuration module | Supports configuring overweight standards for different vehicle
models based on different countries and regions. Supports setting a minimum weight for non-overweight vehicles on
the information board. Supports setting a minimum overweight rate for overweight vehicles
on the information board. | | 8 | Logging module | Can view real-time log information. | | 9 | Device Status Module | Supports vehicle status viewing of station name, device name,
device type, data type, and device status. | | 10 | Information query module | Supports queries based on lane, license plate, number of axles,
weight range, speed range, confidence rate range, and other
criteria within a specified timeframe. Supports fuzzy queries based on incomplete license plate numbers; Supports queries based on unusual data features such as lane
crossings. |
