I. Application:

This packing machine adopts vertical packing position. It’s designed for high performance through-the-eye wrapping of jumbo coils for the metals and non-ferrous wire industries.

The machine track frame opens to allow the coils to be easily placed into the machine before wrapping. The powered film shuttle can apply a range of protective films or woven tapes to the coils,enable the coils easily be packed, handled, stored and shipped after wrapping. This coil machine offers a highly flexible packaging solution for efficient and optimal cost wrapping of the wire coils and bundles.

II. Basic features:

1) Orbital wrapping specially for jumbo coils packing: the wrapping material carriage runs in an orbit through the coil center.

2) Special blocker roller station for coil loading and unloading,safe and reliable. More than one roller stations can be adopted for high efficient packing.

3) High production throughputs for modern enterprise.

4) Adopt PLC & HMI interface for automatic operation. Easy operation by imputing OD. ID. width & corrected parameter of coiled metal, other parameters will be set by PLC automatically.

5) Both manual and automatic working mode can be choose.

6) The overlapping degree of the packing tape can be adjusted by the converter.

7) The height of the wrapper can be adjusted by motor for center positioning according different diameter.

8) Automatic mechanical hand for feeding and cutting the packing material.

9) Electrical sensors for trolley positioning.

10) Guardrails,soft start and soft stop functions ensure safe operation.

11) Packaging film tension is adjustable.

12) The rollers are wrapped by polyurethane.

13) Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.

14) Optional: extra roller stations can be adopted for higher packing efficiency.
