Electrical and automation control systems

There is an indicator that shows the working status (the working status is green; the waiting or pause status is red; the fault alarm is yellow).
The control power supply voltage of the equipment: PLC, HMI, input terminal, relay, etc. is DC24V; the internal coil of the contactor is AC220V
Terminals for wiring electrical cabinets and junction boxes, each with a clear terminal number and corresponding to the drawing.
Electrical drawings include electrical schematics, electrical component site layouts, and terminal diagrams.
The PLC program contains comments.
The documentation must contain a complete list of parts, and all parts can be clearly and clearly found in the list in the electrical drawings.
All motors have national 3C certification.
Wiring standard: The peripheral circuit has hose protection, the body and motor have grounding protection, the wiring is beautiful and tidy, safe and reasonable; the active line uses the towline, the cable uses a special towline cable, which is wear-resistant and durable; the sensor has a cover protection.
Wiring requirements in the cabinet: hard wire, neat and tidy, the necessary wire slot and cable tie are bundled, horizontal and vertical, all wiring including main circuit power supply and control wire head are added with wire nose (line cap).

Mechanical part

The structural components of the equipment are calculated and left with a safety margin to ensure equipment invariance.
The rotating parts of the device are equipped with a safety shield.
The main components or consumable parts of the equipment are easily removed and replaced.
The equipment has a detailed assembly drawing.
Hydraulic or pneumatic with detailed schematics and equipment parts list.
The mechanical components of the equipment have been assembled and tested at the factory.
