Automatic galvanized steel wire packing machine application:

The steel wire coil packing machine is designed by Jinglin for automatic packing needs of different wire objects including steel wires, galvanized wires, stainless steel wires, copper wires, binding wires and other type of wires which helps the modern industry to greatly improve the packing efficient and save labor cost.

Automatic galvanized steel wire packing machine​ features:

1. PLC adopted for automatic wrapping control.
2. Different vertical or horizontal structure chose for different objects or according to special requirement.
3. Automatic or semi-auto control mode for the steel wire coil packing machine.
4. Two modes of tape wrapping structure available for using different wrapping material.
5. Anti-wear polyurethane adopted for the friction wheel, ring with integral mould structure.
6. Ring height could be adjusted for different object ID&OD.
7. Synchronous wrapping (two kinds of wrapping material working together) is available.
8. Wrapping material available: woven belt,stretch film,non-woven fabrics,plastic tape,compound paper tape,sackcloth tape etc.
9. Special tension control system adopted; the overlap rate and material tension could be adjusted according to needs.
10. The carrier roller and protective roller can be rubber wrapped according to needs.
