Machine Applicaton:

The steel wire wrapping machine is widely used for wrapping steel wire, galvanized wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire, binding wire,etc to make the product relatively sealed, well protected and decorated.

The steel wire wrapping machine can be custom designed and made according to different wire coil size and requirements.

The steel wire wrapping machine is easy and safe for operation. 

Machine Basic features:

     ●  Automatic alarming.

     ●  The encoder is adopted for setting packing position.

     ●  The turning ring is controlled by converter. Overlap rate could be adjusted according to the requirement.

     ●  Material tension could be adjusted automatically.

     ●  The special brake device for control the tension of packing material to avoid material folding.

     ●  Supporting and protection rollers made by solid steel construction are covered by polyurethane to protect the product.

     ●  Pushing system to unloading the heavy coils (option).

     ●  PLC & HMI are adopted (option).

     ●  Can setting packing tape & stretch film for wrapping just in one packing process to make the working more efficient (option).
