HFNC oxygen therapy was introduced, accompanied by heated
humidification systems to prevent the associated drying or upper
airway mucosa and to increase patient comfort.

Detailed Product Description
Medical HFNC machine CPAP home therapy infant cpap for ICU PICU NICU High Flow Nasal Cannula Product Description What is high flow nasal cannula(HFNC)? HFNC is an emerging technique designed to provide oxygen at high
flows (above 30 l/min) with an optimal degree of heat and
humidification via an interface consisting of a silicone cannula
that fits, without occluding, the nose. This offers better comfort,
compared with NIV, and a more efficient oxygenation than COT. HFNC was first introduced into clinical practice in the early 2000s
as a noninvasive system to manage apnoea in premature neonates and
since then its use in paediatrics, particularly in respiratory
failure caused by bronchiolitis, is well established. Successively, HFNC has been investigated in adults with acute
respiratory failure, gaining increasing popularity among
intensivists. More recently, the use of this new device has spread
out of intensive care units (ICUs), particularly the respiratory
units where it is widely and increasingly used, often replacing NIV
in the management of respiratory failure from a variety of
aetiologies. Decrease Breathing Workload The high-flow can reach or exceed the maximum inspiratory flow rate
of the patient's active inhalation, reducing inhalation resistance
and breathing work, and reducing oxygen consumption; The inhaled
gas of HFNC is the ideal inhaled gas, which replaces the
humidification function of the patient’s upper airway and reduces
the metabolic work of the respiratory tract. Dead space washout Recent studies show that nasal high flow (NHF) therapy can support
ventilation in patients with acute or chronic respiratory
disorders. Clearance of dead space has been suggested as being the
key mechanism of respiratory support with NHF therapy. HFNC VS NIV HFNC is the only noninvasive respiratory support that does not
increase dead space. The simplicity and excellent tolerance of the system is attractive. Functional residual capacity enhancement 25% with HFNC FRC:Functional residual capacity Why Choose Us ✔ Optimal heat Multiple temperature settings (31-37℃, increment 1℃) ✔ Optimal humidity Active humidity humidified at 44 mg H2O/L ✔ No mouth or nasal drying ✔ No mask removal ✔ Better communication ✔ Different Size Nasal Cannula Choosable No disinfection necessary. the patient circuit is disposable and detachable. One way valve design to avoid gas back to the unit. Carry out disinfection cycle with disinfection tube. Heating tube and water chamber ★ Soft and flexible nasal prongs ★ Wide-bore design reduces gas jetting ★ Prongs contoured to the patient’s nose ★ Adjustable head strap (Easier readjustment) ★ Improves prong stability in the nostrils Specification
