Electric Vehicle Charging Station Cable Anchorage Pull Force and Torque Test Apparatus
Complied Standards & Clauses
It is designed and manufactured according to IEC 61851-1:2017 clause 11.6.
Samples and restrictions: Electric vehicle charging station Test purpose: Used to test the ability of electric vehicle charging station connection cable accessories to withstand specified tension and torque Test Principle: The pulling force is realized by using a motor to drive an eccentric wheel mechanism or a screw mechanism. The motor speed is adjustable to ensure that the pulling force is applied accurately each time. The torque is realized by using a motor, a tray, a weight and a time relay. Structure and characteristics: The weight is used to apply tension, and the weight and the torque arm realize torque. The PLC is used to control the number of tensions and the torque test time. When the number of tests or the test time is reached, the equipment automatically stops. After the test, the maximum allowable displacement of the charging gun connector cable shall not exceed the standard requirement value.
