We have 3 bamboo forest suppliers. Moreover, the raw material supply site of the bamboo forest is only 5 kilometers away from our factory,

so we can ensure sufficient raw material reserves and stable raw material quality, even during the rainy season or the spring prohibition period, we can also ensure on-time delivery.

Our disposable bamboo plates & cutlery series are all made of 3 layers of the bamboo leaf which have high quality and passed strict quality inspection. The biodegradable bamboo plate has square and round two kinds of shape, size from small 3.5inch to large 11inch to meet the needs of different customers.

And we are also constantly developing and innovating. In 2021, we even developed the third generation of detachable disposable bamboo cutlery for the terminal needs of aviation. The detachable handle design of cutlery is also very suitable for packing boxes of small containers, which not only achieves convenience but also ensures environmental protection. 2- Disposable wooden cutlery & plates line;

Our disposable wooden cutlery manufacturer has 4 production workshops. The total area is more than 15,000 square meters, with the automatic knife, fork, and spoon pressing machine + automatic disposable wrapped cutlery sealing machine + automatic counting machine + complete QC process. Our experience in the production and research and development of wooden cutlery has reached 13 years. Under the initiative of the global ban on plastics, our disposable environmentally friendly wooden tableware has gradually become the mainstream of the market. At the same time, we also have production lines of disposable wooden trays, wooden ice cream sticks, mini ice cream scoops, wooden craft sticks, tongue depressors, coffee stir sticks, and round wooden sticks.

3- Disposable sugarcane bagasse cutlery line;

For the series of cutlery and spoons for sugarcane pulp, we have two production models, semi-automatic and fully automatic.
Sugarcane pulp cutlery is developed with bagasse as raw material, which belongs to the 100% environmentally friendly and degradable tableware series. The product is OK compost home certified by TUV AUSTRIA. We have more than 20 sugarcane pulp production lines, and more than 10 production equipment for knives, forks, and spoons, with a monthly output of more than 50 million pieces.

4- Food bamboo skewers line;

In order to ensure on-time delivery and quickly meet customers' customized needs. Before the Chinese rainy season comes, prepare raw materials. This is what we've been doing.

Our food decoration bamboo skewers series includes more than 100+ designs, Like common bbq skewer, curly bamboo pick, knotted skewer, paddle skewer, fruit skewer, cocktail sticks... Like the disposable bamboo gun skewer, we have 10 sets of machines to produce this skewer from 6.5cm in size to 25cm in size. Like the size of 140mm bamboo coffee stirrers, we usually stock 8*40HQ quantity every month for fast delivery.

5- Disposable wooden dessert cups, boats, and cones;

The biodegradable dessert cups, boats, and cones series have two kinds of material. One is birch, another is pine. And this type of product is the perfect substitute for plastic dessert products. The pine leaves all have been strictly sterilized, fumigated, and made by pressing machines, and then manually integrated into the shapes of cones, boats, and wooden cups. For the dessert supplies series, we have more than 20 designs that can be chosen, size also accepts customized.
