Brief introduction:
In order to meet customer's requirements for the transportation of
heavy concrete precast beams in railway construction, our company
has developed heavy load flat wagon with a load of 85 tons. In
addition to transport heavy T-beam, H-beam, the vehicle could also
transport steel, heavy machinery and equipment and other ordinary
goods. This beam transport flat wagon is a special vehicle for
engineering and self-provided line.
N85 Flat wagon is mainly composed of car body, end door, coupler
buffer device, air hand brake device and heavy-duty bogie. The car
body is mainly composed of end beam, middle beam, side beam,
sleeper beam, large cross beam, small cross beam and under frame
accessories. The main steel plates are made of Q345B low alloy high
strength structural steel. The under frame is covered with 8mm
thick checkered steel plate floor. The braking system adopts 120
air brake and NSW hand brake. 17 coupler and MT-2 buffer are
adopted for coupler and draft gear. The heavy duty bogies are 27.5t
axle load low speed bogie optimized on the basis of K6 bogies.
