Pyrolysis occurs in the reactor at a high temperature of 550-700 and decomposes into pyrolysis oil, which is used as fuel in ceramic factories, glass factories, power plants, steel factories, boiler factories, etc. to realize the recycling of waste resources. 

What are the end products of pyrolysis?

The pyrolysis oil produced from the pyrolysis plant has a widely used in industries field. Due to its relatively high calorific value, it can be used as fuel in the cement factories, glass factories, steel factories, boiler factories, etc.

After the pyrolysis oil is further processed into non-standard diesel by Huayin pyrolysis oil distillation plant , it can be used to generate electricity.

The carbon black can be made into pellets then it can be burned as fuel. Or used as raw materials for rubber and plastic industries after grinding.

The steel wire can be sold to scrap metal factories directly, or further processed it to new steel products.

Advantages of Main parts of the pyrolysis plant

A. Safety. We treat safety as the first important thing in production.

1. Two devices to avoid backfire in production: oil-water separator and anti-back fire device.

2. Vacuum device makes the reactor work under ordinary pressure or negative pressure.

3. Temperature monitoring and Pressure gauge to monitor the pressure. If the pressure goes above a certain level, the bell will alarm and the safety valve will release the pressure automatically.

B. Environmental protection

1. The flue gas (caused by burning fuel to heat the reactor) will be purified and cooled by a powerful ceramic packing dust removal device, then can be released into the air through the chimney.

2. Carbon black will be discharged out in sealed condition to avoid pollution.

C. Energy saving

1. The flame path is designed as a spiral so that the quantity of heat can be fully used.

2. The syngas is recycled to heating furnace for burning, thus saving your heating fuel.

3. The insulation cover is formed by 3 layers: steel plate, rock wool, and refractory cement. Excellent thermal insulation effect helps save fuel.

FAQ

1. Are there any requirements for the size of the raw material ?

Yes, if the tires waste and plastic bales are within 1.4m , then they can be fed into the reactor directly , if not , they are needed to be crushed.

2. Can waste tyre and plastic be pyrolyzed together at the same time?

Better not mixed them together. The pyrolysis temperatures of them are different , so it will affect the quality of the pyrolysis oil and carbon black. We recommend customers to classify the tires and plastic separately.

3. Is pyrolysis a green technology ?

Yes, the discharged smoke can reach the emission standard with Huayin powerful dedusting system. The flue gas will firstly washed with water then purifed by ceramic packing deduster device. For European customers , we have deduster with higher configuration, desulfurization tower and denitrification tower.
