Raw material procurement

Huayin promotes the supply chain culture of "responsibility, integrity, truth-seeking, and innovation": promoting responsible, sunny, clean and green procurement, building mutual trust and mutual benefit with suppliers, achieving common development and creating high-quality, low-cost, and stable strategic supply chain.

The steel plates used by Huayin are all from Angang Group, one of the top 500 Chinese companies. The reactor adopts Q245R boiler plate, and the picture and material report are as follows:

Quality inspection of raw materials before storage

Huayin purchasers purchase the materials needed for production from suppliers according to the "Purchase Control Procedure"; after the raw materials arrive, the Warehouse Manager confirms whether the material name, quantity, manufacturer and other information are correct or not according to the "Bill of Materials". After verification, they contact the incoming material inspector. The inspector conducts the inspection.

The incoming material inspector inspects the materials in accordance with the "Bill of Materials", "Material Quality Assurance Book", "Incoming Material Inspection Instructions" and drawings.

Production arrangement

After confirming the order with clients, the Sales Team and the Production Department work together to check the technical requirements again and set accurate production time for different plant materials, sizes and quantities. After clients place orders, the Production Department determines formal and accurate product production plan. Through this process, Huayin ensures goods delivery within the promised period.

Adopting plasma cutting, plasma welding, laser cutting, laser welding and automatic plate bending technology to improve production efficiency and produce accurate accessories, Huayin increases steel utilization rate, and reduces management and production costs.

Production tracking

Production tracking is mainly to track goods production progress.

1). Huayin After-sales Department updates goods production progress to customers every week.

2). If there is any change, Huayin staff will notify the client as soon as possible and discuss with the client.

3). In order to complete the production on time, Huayin also arranges a commissioner to supervise production and make reports on the goods production progress.

Inspection before shipment

From start to finish, quality is Huayin's top priority. We monitor it at every step of our work. In addition to our factory's strict quality supervision system, we will also conduct more inspections before shipment to ensure that our plants are as perfect as possible. Inspection mainly includes size inspection, mark inspection, appearance quality inspection, packaging inspection, document review, etc. If it is convenient for clients, we warmly welcome clients to participate in our inspection work. We must ensure that each product fully meets the quality requirements, otherwise it will be reprocessed until it passes the inspection of each step.
