► Installation, Debugging and Training
For standard 1/4 to 6 inch hydraulic hose crimping machine and other small machines, debugging will be made before delivery. Our engineer will test the crimping force, the accuracy and button sensitivity to make sure all machines meet delivery standard. User only need to connect the power when they receive the machine. Training for crimping steps will be shown in the operation manual or via video if needed.
► Quality Control
In every steps of the machine producing, we have specific engineer to control the quality. Like a hardness test on the surface of the cylinder, die sets or master die; a smoothness test on the die sets surface; the crimping pressure test with pressure gauge, etc.
