1.1 Introduction of principle
The rolled cathode/anode electrode is loaded into the roll
mechanism, and through the power traction, the electrode is sent to
the cutter set which is arranged according to the process
specifications for slitting, and the upper and lower rewinding
device collects the slit electrode into the roll, and the edge
materials are collected by the edge material device. The equipment
is assisted by the deviation correction system, tension drive
system, dust suction system (including knife suction dust) and
other auxiliary precision operation to ensure the stable slitting
of the electrode, burr, straightness and other process indicators
within the process range.
1.2 Process flow
Transfer carriage Loading the material to unwind reels→èreceived
platform→èTraction roller→èSlitting knife setè→Over-roller set
→èSeparately up and down sliding differential rewinding axis→èEdge
material rewinding→èSet the required electrode tension→èSwitching
the electrode alignment system to automatic→èPress the system to
start button→èThe equipment automatically slitting and collects in
rolls.
